Here at North London Cares, we put community at the heart of our activity. All of our activities directly benefit those living and working within Camden and Islington. We love the diversity in our boroughs and enjoy creating connections between people and businesses who make London the magic city it is.
A partnership with North London Cares would provide a wealth of volunteering opportunities for your employees. As well as hanging out with your older neighbours, we also hold numerous fundraising and bespoke events and offer profile through our active online presence.
We also have our interactive Treasure Hunt, in which teams can uncover Camden Town's history and heritage through the stories of the people who have lived there all their life.
If you're interested in engaging with North London Cares, please contact Emily (Head of Development) on [email protected].
We're delighted to be supported by the following corporations who make our work possible:
We're really proud of our partnership with Octopus Giving, the charitable offshoot of Octopus Investments. As well as a generous donation to help fund our core work, Octopus Giving is supporting North London Cares with operations and HR development work and mobilisng their wonderful team to volunteer in Camden and Islington. We're touched that MUFG staff selected North London Cares to be their Charity Partner. Over the past two years, they have supported us with back to work days for our older neighbours, in-work fundraising events, training and plenty of vibrant fundraisers for North London Cares.
Aspect Capital supported our 2016/17 Winter Wellbeing project. Their generous grant helped us ensure older neighbours across Camden and Islington kept warm, well and connected during the harshest time of the year.
Mondelēz International supported us in 2013 - 2014 with a generous donation. Their staff have also volunteered with us at several of our social clubs over the past few years.
Howden granted North London Cares an Investing in the Community Award in 2017. This funding will help support our summer socials across our patch.
