Join our new activities as summer turns to autumn

It's been a brilliant summer at NLC with loads going on in our Summer Sessions. Thank you to the many volunteers for your amazing hard work over the past few weeks -- your efforts have made our photography, cooking, filmmaking, debating and mobile phone shops work really well.

On Thursday evening (22nd) we're hosting the final Summer Social at Castlehaven Community Centre. This is a chance to showcase some of the work that's been done by volunteers and their neighbours over recent weeks and have a celebratory slice of homemade pizza.

All volunteers are welcome to join us, 5-7pm on Thursday.

And there's loads more coming up in the next few weeks. As well as our regular events on Tuesdays and Fridays, we have a couple of really special activities coming up, including a Mad Hatter's Tea Party on 28th September -- and we're looking for people to help out making props for it on 25th September, 6.30-9pm. It should be a fun evening.

We'll also be running an LGBT women's event in partnership with Opening Doors London on 5th October. We're really looking forward to this one and we're looking for volunteers to help us make it a big success.
