What was the first North London Cares event that you attended?

I can't remember the first one but I remember my friend Ethel telling me I should come. She said the people are really nice and that I would have a good time. I'm glad she told me about it.

What has been your favourite experience with North London Cares so far?

I like the festivals that we have been having in Kentish Town, all of the different colours and places we've seen in the videos, it's very interesting. I like learning about these different places and then we have some music and dancing at the end, its nice.

What advice would you give to a new neighbour attending their first club?

I always make them feel welcome. Some of them are a bit quiet or shy so I always say hello and tell them my name and try to make them feel relaxed.

Where do you go in Camden or Islington to feel happy?

I like to go to Kentish Town Community Centre on a Wednesday afternoon.
