What a year! So much change to contemplate and yet here we are with the familiarity of Christmas and all that comes with it...
And earlier in December neighbours came together at Castlehaven, in the heart of Camden, much as they have each month this past year, to share time, friendship and stories. And of course one or two (or three) mince pies.
In this latest North London Stories podcast – a Christmas special – Sean, Tony, Emma, Ray and Marlene discuss their festive plans, traditions, favourite Christmas films and songs, as well as the pressies we'll give and receive this year.
It seems the gang came to the conclusion that actually time is the best thing to share with each other:
Sean's been on the mulled wine at Winter Wonderland down in Hyde Park – "everyone's happy there, it's great!". Ray's made plans to spend time with his sister on Christmas Day – "you need two hands to lift the plate of food!". It's a busy old time of year!
Everyone who attends this regular social club wanted to wish all those listening a very Merry Christmas. Here's to more fun and frolics, community and connection throughout 2017!
