February is the month to show love... for your community (it will save you the cost of a card and it won’t disappoint!) Older neighbours love the company of young volunteers and feel so valued by the time you give. Check out our fun-filled events for February - and if you can make one or two please sign up to be part of the community. It really would mean a lot.

In addition to our regular sessions, below, on Sunday 22nd February we’ll be in Angel with over 100 older residents of Camden and Islington, enjoying an afternoon of socialising, great music and dance. We need volunteers to help us serve tea, chat with the guests, hang out and spread word of all our activities.

And if you wnt to learn more about our one-to-one partnership project, Love Your Neighbour, NLC's lovely Projects Officer Jessica is hosting a Volunteer Induction Evening on Thursday 5th February 7.30pm-9pm at our home in Camden Town. Come and chat to new volunteers and those already enjoying a match. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, share hopes and concerns and learn more about your neighbours in need.Plus there’ll be pizza and beer (we're generous like that)!
