Stewart Lee is hosting a comedy fundraiser in aid of North London Cares and South London Cares for a third year running at the Leicester Square Theatre.
Over the course of six months North London Cares has helped hundreds of older neighbours stay warm, active, healthy and connected through Winter Wellbeing. Here we share a summary of this year's project and the impact it's made during this particularly cold winter.
Older neighbours have always got some amazing stories or skills up their sleeves. Through our Love Your Neighbour programme, they get to share their experiences and talents with other neighbours in our community network.
Over the last three months, our friends and neighbours have got together to enjoy the swinging 60s, listen to classical music, tried out chinese screen printing and so much more! And this would not have been possible without our wonderful volunteers giving their time and skills to support their community. Thank you to our Spring Champions!

For over 4 years North London Cares has hosted a Weekly Social Club in Kentish Town, where friends - old and new - join their younger neighbours for a whole host of activities. Roy, a keen music and sports fan, has been a regular at that club for a couple of years now and in that time his confidence has grown immeasurably as he's shared time with neighbours. As it often does, conversation this week turned to the football...
