Singaporean student Shona got involved with North London Cares in 2012 and became one of our most-regular and loved volunteers. Sadly for us, and for all her new friends in her London community, she's now returned to Asia to embark on her next exciting chapter.
The fun-packed weekend we have just had is what North London Cares is all about, with not one but two brilliant events on Saturday! First we were treated to a delicious Indian vegetable feast cooked by the resident of Kilburn at the Abbey Community Centre, followed by a quiz. We then took part in Islington Giving's Give Local event at Lift in Islington.
